If something buzzed in your soul from this video, I invite you to keep listening to, feeling into it, and joining me for a Soul Story Mapping Session. Your next chapter is already tugging at you — and this is your chance to catch it and map it before it passes you by.

This is for you if you want to create your own map that will guide you ...

From

😫 Waking and feeling your stomach tighten with queasiness as you doom scroll because you feel so behind and like there's nothing you can do to fix the world on fire

😫 Hiding your "weird" parts from your husband, clients, family, and friends ... because they won't understand or say something that makes you feel "too much"

😫 Following every wellness and training "rule" to a T  and still feeling like your hormones, HRV, gut microbiome, sleep, strength, performance, and energy are off

😫 Feeling your breath catch and forcing a smile while secretly counting down the minutes during client sessions— guilt gnawing at you because your clients love you, yet you don't think it's right for you anymore (...and you don't know what is...)

😫 Wondering when it got so hard to  maintain high quality friendships ... finding yourself always being the person holding up the relationship ... and also feeling tired of transactional & superficial friendships that just aren't meaningful or real

😫 Feeling your throat tighten when your neighbor asks "so, got any big trips planned?" ... because no, you have no trips planned, despite having a saved IG album of  Reels of the Amalfi coast, waterfalls in Iceland, or book shops in Scotland

To

☺️ Slowly nibbling on breakfast you cooked yourself and actually reading the book in your lap instead of checking your phone for the 12th time in 2 minutes

☺️ Unapologetically being weird, sensitive, quirky, nerdy, spiritual, or hyperfixated ... and feeling seen, held, supported, and celebrated for the versions of you that make you you

☺️ Feeling the weight drop from your chest and the vigilance quiet as you live and move your body in a way that energizes and makes you feel like you again

☺️ Closing your laptop and finishing your work day with a goofy grin on your face, buzzing, grateful, and anchored in a "fuck yes" knowing that the work you're doing is having a deep impact and you've got vision and projects that energize and inspire you

☺️ Feeling that "girlhood" vibe with women who come over or call "just because", are ready to go deep, get silly, swap recipes, talk "woo," have a dance party, or spend an entire paycheck on Taylor Swift tickets or a trip to Europe (kid free)

☺️ Geekily pulling out your phone to show your friends photos from your 3 week trip to Australia and New Zealand ... a bucket list trip that you're so grateful to be able to take (and afford) at your age, all while knowing your next trip is already on the books

If you're in that life phase between 35ish and 55ish, and you're waking up to what's really true for you - you already know that you need

GlitterDividers-Uncropped-Top.png
GlitterDividers-Uncropped-Top.png

To trust in yourself, your body's rhythms, and your deeper tugs and desires

Instead of looking to influencers, your Garmin or Oura Ring, continuing ed, books, business coaches, nervous system experts, or ChatGPT to prove that you're on the right track and staying "optimized"

To be held by others in your wild longings, changing tastes & tenderness

...without being told you're crazy, too stressed, too dysregulated, too much, too cortisol imbalanced, too sensitive, too inconsistent, too neurospicy, ... or my personal favorite, "too young for perimenopause" 🙄

A truer sense of Self that feels recognizable, like "Oh, there you are"

...instead of being stuck somewhere between the "good girl" you once were (that so many people still expect you to be), and the fiery woman you're becoming  (that you haven't fully met yet)

To give your time, energy, and gifts — and end the day more alive than you began

...instead of realizing the role you’ve been playing and the work you've built no longer fits the woman you’ve become, and feeling guilty for wanting more when the world says you should be grateful

You're a wise, self aware, and empathetic woman.

It's not like you don't know what you need to do.

You teach and guide everyone else to do this.

But if you're here reading this, you've probably figured out by now that actually doing this yourself is all a whole lot easier said than done, right?

Did you just groan, or maybe nod, or maybe roll your eyes in agreement?

If so, I hear you. I've been there.

And so have the thousands of women I've supported over the years.

"My journey was made for so much more. In my first conversation with Julie she asked what I valued most in life and what my hobbies and interests were. There was a long silence. <and...it was REAL awkward feeling for me> I couldn’t answer her. I clearly remember staring blankly realizing I had become so caught up and lost in my career that I had lost myself. Flash forward through a lot of tears and triumphs and let me tell you, it was seriously life changing.

That laid the groundwork for the life and career I really deserved and dreamed about.  I wake up excited and energized by the work I do rather than dreading it. I am making real life, genuine human interactions with so many other professionals who support me. WHOA! Now more than ever I am so excited and ready to take a stand for others in what they value most in life and turn that into a life and career that creates their legacy. If I can do it, you can too."

"I was working 60 hour weeks as a Nurse Practitioner just to make my boss happy.

I knew I was in trouble when I lost my sh*t on my son who had accidentally knocked over the much-needed cocktail I was having after a long, stressful week.

Fast forward, and for the first time in my life, I have chosen me, my business, my family. I have surrendered the need for "knowing exactly what's next" to the Universe and simply asked it to reveal opportunities. And lo and behold, doors are opening.

I have spent so much more on clinical and certification programs in my life and this program was by far more valuable that anything I have ever taken so far. It is a life changer and not just for my business but most importantly for my family!"

— Dawn, Nurse Practitioner, Operations Manager, Women's Health & Mindset Coach, and Boy Mom

You're feeling disoriented in a life that technically is good on paper,
but no longer feels like yours

And now — it doesn't feel right anymore. You've outgrown it. You want more.

It’s not that you aren’t grateful for the life and career you've built. It’s not that you aren’t trying.

But despite your success and insight, there’s a low hum of ache in your system.

And you've done all you can to quiet and tend to that ache:

👉 Therapy and breathwork routines to keep your system regulated

👉 Retreats and vision boards to try and manifest what could be next

👉 Functional med and supplements to keep your hormones balanced and sleep in check

👉 A dialed in workout routine that feels fresh and inspiring

👉 Continuing education and certifications to get new inspiration

👉 Business coaching & outsourcing to keep your business thriving

And yet, you still haven't been able to move the needle into what's next --

either because you aren't quite sure what it is, or because you fear what you'd have to burn down to get there.

That sound like you?

Good news, you're not alone. And it makes perfect sense as to why you feel this way.

It’s not just a personal flaw. It's not just a midlife cortisol imbalance you need to tame.

It's a clue.

It's a clue that you're not doing anything wrong.

No, you’re just boxed in to a sneaky Good Girl routine, preached by "experts" as "wellness" or "professional development" or "growth mindset" or "living in abundance."

It sounds and looks good on paper, but the nudge and fatigue you feel to just do one more thing right - it's very real and it's begging you to listen.

But that can feel so disorienting and constraining, right? Who are you supposed to believe?

This disorientation has a name around here — and it’s time we call it what it is.

I call this the Conformity Corset.

It's the culture and system of roles, responsibilities, beliefs, and passions you willingly or unwillingly adopted as your own identity and narrative in the name of doing the right things for yourself.

It got you this far and was helpful in so many ways. But it was never designed to contain or honor what you're truly meant to be doing at this phase of life.

At this point, you're shapeshifting. And the act of shapeshifting is what has you feeling so very disoriented.

The good news is, you don't to shapeshift anymore into a life and work that no longer fits.

You don't have to feel lost or disoriented anymore.

What you really need is a map into your next chapter - drawn by YOU - one that can give you direction and clarity toward the wilder, truer version of your next chapter.

Cozy up. Grab a cuppa. Let's chat.

You're smart. Self-aware. Intuitive. Full of gifts. Talented. Grounded. Wise beyond your years.

Your clients, friends, family, and neighbors love this about you.

Hell, I love this about you. Because...Same.

You've checked every box. You're the textbook picture of doing it all the right way:

✅ Dedicating yourself to personal & spiritual growth

✅ Nurturing close relationships

✅ Building a healthy and active lifestyle

✅ Contributing meaningful and purposeful work

It's working for you. You once prayed for this life.

The Conformity Corset is a cute name,
But it's squeezing your very aliveness

Something tells me if you have made it this far on the page, some part of your body has whispered to you "I don't know how much longer I can keep this up."

Maybe the details of what’s next are foggy. Or maybe they're crystal clear and eating away at you.

Either way, you know the career, the identity, or the relationships that once defined your life no longer fit the woman you’re becoming.

And yet… instead of letting your Soul’s desire breathe and expand, you feel it getting squeezed, muted, and tucked away.

Why?

Because you’re wearing what I call the Conformity Corset.

It presses tight. It keeps you “held together.” It makes you shrink your fire to preserve the peace of your relationships and the safety of the identities that once felt like home for you.

And here’s the part most women miss — you didn’t end up here because you’re weak, broken, or doing something wrong.

This is neurobiology.

Your body, nervous system, and DNA have been working in tandem exactly the way they were designed to — protecting you.

And that’s a good thing — until it’s not.

How you know you're in the Corset

The Corset is invisible, but you know the squeeze.

It shows up in your body, in your calendar, in the way you bite your tongue. It’s not just one thing — it’s a hundred little moments that add up to a life that looks “fine” on paper but feels like both too much and not enough all at once.

It's intended to preserve your survival in Good Girl Culture yet  to your Soul  it now feels like a slow death by a thousand cuts.

It looks and feels like:

😑 Clenching your jaw while smiling through disrespect

Like when your mother-in-law silently expects you and your kids to put aside time for weekly Sunday dinners even though you have eleventy billion things to do to get ready for the week. The smile stays on your face, but the ache in your jaw tells the real Soul story.

🤬 Silently seething through deep breaths when your spouse is oblivious to helping out

Like when your kids descend on your quiet work-from-home day at 3 PM and ruin your focus while your spouse is obliviously sending you TikToks instead  ... but you swallow the irritation building in your chest and throat and ignore your restless legs as your whole body is screaming “does anyone see me?"

💊 Swallowing more supplements than self-trust

A scattered mind and sleepless night has you reaching for your phone to research down another rabbit hole — new labs, a hormone masterclass, Mary Claire’s latest Reel. You tell your clients to slow down and listen inward, but you? You’re back on ChatGPT and Facebook groups at midnight hoping someone has the answer to why you're feeling so unhinged about your hard pants not fitting how they used to. It looks proactive, but inside, you feel more confused, and less at home in yourself and your body.

😥 Crying in the shower with “I Can Do It With a Broken Heart” blasting

Then pulling it together with an eye mask, concealer, and a megadose of L-theanine so you can show up calm, capable, and competent — whether it’s for your patients, your kids, or the PTA.

🥰 Longing to daydream and fully live, even in the most simple ways

You bought tomato and marigold starts from the farmer's market, ready to finally get that garden going. But they sit on the windowsill until you finally give them to your neighbor — the one whose yard is always blooming. It’s not that you don’t care. It’s that tending to yourself and keeping something else alive feels like too much to hold.

If you can feel yourself inside the squeeze of the Corset as you read this - whatever that feels like for you - I want you to know I see you. You're not alone.

And most importantly - if you hear me say nothing else - please hear that none of this is your fault.

But maybe you're wondering how it got like this.
And of course, you might be wondering what to do about it, yeah?

Here’s the science and Soul behind why you're in the Conformity Corset

The good news is, you don't end up in the Conformity Corset on purpose.

You end up here because you’ve learned that there are "appropriate" ways to shine and succeed, and then anything that goes above and beyond those tight lanes and boundaries is "too much" or "too woo" or "too inconsistent" or "too aggressive" or ... anything else I call the "Terrible Too's."

Over time, you are praised for succeeding in the tight lanes, yet something still lives inside — your intensity, passion, and your very real, very fiery voice. You knew this voice as a child. It's the voice that was unafraid and unfiltered about the truth of what you experienced.

But over time, you were praised for complying and being obedient with our culture's tight lanes and expectations for women.

This is Good Girl Culture.

And in the era of Millennial women in healthcare becoming leaders, mothers, and carving your niche into the world — Good Girl Culture has also become welded onto Wellness Culture.

You’ve not only been taught to do everything “right”: regulate your nervous system, lift heavier weights, hit 30 grams of protein by 9 a.m., meditate, journal, chant affirmations, book the retreats, collect the certifications, take the vibey instagrammable vacation, plunge into freezing water...

But if you're in healthcare, you're might also be teaching other people to do these things in the name of Wellness, too. So it's become your identity and purpose — which just means the Corset has tightened itself even tighter around you.

I remember when I first realized this myself. It was a big "oh shit" moment.

And listen — all of those things can be beautiful and genuinely helpful practices. No shade on your cold plunge. But they're only helpful when they’re in service of supporting who you’re Becoming.

They're less helpful when they’re used against you — to keep you peaceful, agreeable, calm, compliant, sedated, and obedient inside the Corset.

That’s how Good Girl Wellness Culture works — keep women regulated and “grateful” even as their Soul thrashes inside the Corset to get out.

And the result? You start thinking you’re the problem. That you need another checklist, another course, another training, another certification, another hack, another regimen, another meditation to feel whole.

But here’s the science-y truth

Your nervous system is wired to preserve bonds — with parents, partners, friends, colleagues — even at the cost of your own authenticity, your own becoming, your own WILD feminine nature.

Add oxytocin, patriarchal conditioning, gender norms, cultural norms, religious upbringing, and trauma patterns, and you’ve been wired to prioritize peace over passion.

This wiring formed a set of internalized narratives you adopted before you could even speak or consent to adopting them. And they exist everywhere in our culture, so they're impossible to escape.

This is why I mean it with my full chest when I say — it's not your fault.

And something tells me that the wisdom in the exhale you just felt already confirms this.

What I also want you to hear is that this perfect storm is showing up in your body, in the restlessness from your Soul.

But it doesn't mean you're broken or doing something wrong. It means you're brilliant and your system is doing something incredibly right.

The uneasiness you feel is your system telling you it's dangerous to tune in. Because a woman who listens to her Soul is a threat to the system that profits off of you being disconnected from your Soul in the first place.

And yet, that inner Soul voice that whispers "I don't know how much more of this I can keep up" signals that it's also dangerous to stay here, inside the Conformity Corset. It tugs at you and says "It's not this. This is not for me anymore."

Yet your nervous system is wired to keep you safe and conformed inside Good Girl Culture.

It whispers all kinds of narratives that make it sound like you're doings right, but it's all a ruse.

It's Obedience dressed up as "growth mindset and professional development."

It’s Compliance dressed up as "Taking care of your body and practicing Self care."

It's Conscious Sedation dressed up as "Empowerment and being a Boss Babe."

Drop into your body and let those phrases land. Can you let yourself metabolize them for a moment? How does that feel?

You might notice how it feels like it's boxing you into staying in survival mode instead of feeling alive, expansive, and fully free to trust your own Soul’s Story.

The truth is, just like a beautiful flower, you can’t grow and expand inside a container or box that was never designed to hold all of you.

You can’t breathe deeply enough, grow professionally enough, regulate long enough, journal consistently enough, or biohack effectively enough to become free while still laced into the Corset.

Because every one of those tools — as long as they’re used to make you smaller, calmer, more compliant, more obedient, more "Good Girl" — only reinforces the very thing you’re trying to escape.

That’s why you feel like you’ve tried everything and nothing “sticks.”

If you feel a stirring of restlessness and an urge to get moving and find your way out of the Corset,  but you're not quite sure where to go, when to go there, or how to get there.

I hear you. I've been there. And it's time to light the flashlight and draw your map.

So LFG, Sister. We ride at dawn. Let's get this map drawn.

I'd love to be your Soul Story Map Guide

👋Hi! I'm Julie. I'm so glad you're here.

I've been obsessed with maps — drawing them, reading them, staring at them, and fantasizing about where they could take me, for as long as I can remember. I'm also obsessed with what transpires for you when you finally draw yours.

 most of my clients

I am literally squealing inside as I picture what you'll say to me a year from now. For most of my clients it's something like "That was hands down one of the best things I ever did for myself."

I'm not going to bury the lede and pretend to be nonchalant about this. I'm going to be quite chalant in fact. I really mean it when I say that the funnest part of my work is when women finally look back on the moment they said YES to drawing their Soul Map, realizing it was the moment they let themselves exhale and say "Ah, this is who I am supposed to be and how I am supposed to be living."

But I also get that it may feel like a really big, voice-shaky, hands trembling kind of moment. You might be looking over your shoulder to see who might be watching you as you read this page (yes, even if you're sure you're currently in a room by yourself).

This is normal, and it's why I hold this time and this moment and this session with such reverence. It's not a time to force things, or rush, or race to get to the next part of your life.

It's a soft landing space to sink in, soak in, reflect, vision, and simply just be.

Something the busy life of a millennial woman doesn't often afford.

Believe me, I get it.

This is why I've traveled through my own peaks and valleys to become a Soul Story Guide, Soul Story Doula ... while also very much cherishing the parts of me that identify as swimmer, athlete, cancer survivor, Swiftie, dog mama, and woman who has walked the tightrope of doing everything right on paper while quietly unraveling inside.

For over three decades, I lived in the Conformity Corset too.

I was the dependable one, the sought after clinician with the Doctorate, the business owner who “made it.”

I poured nearly $200,000 and my whole heart into becoming a Doctor of Physical Therapy.

I built the career, the reputation, the income, the family, the life that looked so damn good on paper…and for a time, it was good. I'm grateful for it.

And time and time again I pivoted into the next peak, the next peak, the next goal. The next aspiration and achievement. I paddled furiously to just keep swimming. It was a "sink or swim" approach to life.

For a long time, I thought this was what I was supposed to do. Then tension began to build in my body I couldn't ignore. Anxiety. Mystery illnesses that functional medicine and wellness culture taught me to tame with "natural" living.

I lay awake at night thinking I don't know how long I can keep this up. But what then? Where am I even going with this?

And with that thought came guilt, grief, and definitely more anxiety (Hello, Panic Attacks!). Parts of me on the inside secretly whispered

If I walk away from this, am I betraying everything I’ve worked for?

What about my colleagues, my patients, my mentors? What will they think?

What if I’ve gone off the rails? What will I even do instead?

Does this mean I wasted it all? What about all that money? Am I throwing away my degree?

These questions were HARD to swallow and face. I didn't know what to do with them. And so, I did whatever I could to just keep swimming. At first, I pivoted into health coaching. It felt cozy — still in the “health” lane, still about the body, still familiar. But I soon outgrew that lane.

Then I pivoted into marketing and business coaching. This felt invigorating, exciting. I was getting closer, it felt like.

Each move brought me closer to the Soul of what I was meant to do.

And on paper, things were looking pretty good, technically speaking.

🎉I built a million-dollar coaching business -- hitting that 7 figure mark 3 years in a row. I remember thinking "Holy sh*t" and also "Wait, I don't feel any different though..."

🎉I worked with brilliant clients and facilitated deep, rich transformation. Yet it was hiding behind the "storefront" of "acceptable" work called marketing and business coaching.

🎉I had a dialed in wellness routine - food, supplements, weight lifting, bike riding, time outside in nature, regular lab tests so I could "optimize" and "balance" and perform at my best

🎉I took frequent trips - and was able to afford the lay down seats in first class - and work from anywhere - seeing my programs sell while I was on the beach in Mexico

I created an empire most people never dream is possible for them. Lives changed. It was fun, even.

And still — my Soul whispered: this ain’t it

😨 I felt boxed in to a Corset that was too tight for the places I was dreaming of expanding into.

😨 I'd dread seeing another client on the schedule who wanted me to "Just give them the business strategy" while ignoring the larger cues and calls from their body.

😨 I'd wake up at 2 AM and my mind would immediately race to how many marketing tasks I needed to get done before the end of the week so that my social media manager wouldn't get on my case.

I'd adore the moments clients wanted to go deeper and ask those existential questions ... because it was then I could see their Soul Story Maps taking shape.

The restlessness lingered. I knew it "wasn't this" and I had a pretty good inclination what was next and right for me. I knew who I was becoming.

Yet, I also knew I needed to remove the Corset and go through the valley. And that felt scary.

Several years later and several misfires of trying to leave the Corset and getting sucked back in, I finally reemerged.

What I was missing all along - through all the pivots and "sink or swim" approach to my life and career, was that Sacred Pause to sink in draw the map.

I didn't do it without support.  Without someone else to hold the mirror and the compass and the flashlight.

I adore my beloved mentors.

However, what I came to realize is that they weren't women in healthcare.

In fact, as I looked around - women in healthcare weren't being led by other women who had been there and done it, women who got it - what it took to truly question whether this life you've built, this career you once cherished - and to truly step out of the Corset that keeps them chained to clinical work.

Here’s what I now know

Your Soul doesn’t care about...

How full your schedule is

❌ How many certifications you have

❌ How "spiritual" you are & how much you meditate

❌ How much you volunteer for the PTA or soccer

❌ How much revenue you're pulling in.

❌ How "optimized"your lab values are

If you're a Good Girl

i❌ If you're  “at the top of your game”

iIf your IG goes viral

Your Soul cares about whether you're living in a life your body believes is yours.

Heading 2

And for me, that meant unclenching from the Conformity Corset identity of "the coach that helps people in a respectable way that is neat and tidy” the same way I’d once unclenched from “the successful Doctor.”

It also meant looking at my relationship with my own body, my own health, and my own identity around what my body cues meant and were trying to tell me.

It's a journey that is easier said than done, especially with the double whammy of what we've been taught about our bodies as women in society AND what we've been taught about bodies as women in healthcare.

Women in healthcare need to be led, sistered, and guided by Women in Healthcare.

That’s why I created Soul Story Mapping — not as another career pivot tool or checklist...

But as a space to sink into the whole map of who you are: body, work, relationships, purpose, and the truths that don’t fit neatly into one-liners on your LinkedIn, your website, or your Instagram profile.

Because your Soul Story Map is not a plan to be forced or a to-do list to be handed to you.

It’s something sacred being birthed. And like any true birth, it happens at the pace of the one being born.

And because I’ve lived this process, here’s what life looks like for me now:

🤗 I wake up with the sun instead of dread, eat breakfast (that I cook myself and doesn't involve protein powder or supplements) without guilt, and start my day refreshed (no hours of journaling or “regulation” required).

🤗 My body feels like a wise companion, not a problem to fix. I’ve cut supplements from 15 to 4, and I move my body because it feels good, not because a tracker tells me to, I'm trying to keep up with what my Garmin says an "athlete" would do, or I'm trying to shed pounds or fit into a size that keeps me small and feeling ashamed.

🤗 My work fills me with joy because my clients are lit up, invested, and fully present. You guys, this part is SO FUN. Seriously, I squeal every time clients send me a text or voice memo to tell me how powerful even one session is.

🤗 I voice my truth openly instead of swallowing it down. Sometimes this still happens through a shaky voice and tearful eyes. But I'm getting there.

🤗 I'm surrounded by beautiful, soulful women who can go to the depths AND the heights with me, who hold my sensitivities and intuitive nature with reverence, not as something to be compared to or ignored

🤗 I no longer fear that leaving PT or coaching titles behind makes me “less.” Instead, it’s given me freedom to bring all of me — the science, the sacred, the tenderness, the DGAF sparkle, the full chested unapologetic  chalant — into this work

🤗 I travel not to escape but to breathe new life into my work, guiding sessions everywhere from New Zealand to Italy to Hawaii.

Your map and your Soul Story may look very different from mine (and that's a good thing). But I want for you to feel like this - like you've finally arrived in a place and the freedom where your outside story finally matches the Soul story you’ve been whispering inside.

And it would be the honor of a lifetime to map it out with you.

I have already found so much help in finding my courage and taking leaps that I was scared to take.

I am on the verge of making another big leap, I can feel it, and it just feels right."

Soul Mapping is NOT for you if ...

Being witnessed in your depths feels too raw & you'd rather do it on your own

You’d rather keep processing alone — reading, journaling, meditating — even if it keeps you lonely, overthinking, looping in doubt, and feeling that tug in your stomach eating away at you about finally naming what’s next

It feels like you're being "too much" to say out loud what you really want

Because you can sense that if you name it, you won’t be able to unsee it or not take action ... and that feels scary because of who that might hurt, what bridges might burn, and how it might change your life.

You prefer to live by the how-to checklist even if you didn't write it

You hate pausing and coming up with baby steps and want to be told what to do, get a rigid step-by-step plan — even if it it means you're following someone else’s rulebook instead of writing your own.

You need a guarantee or certainty of results before you can move

The idea of moving forward into uncertainty terrifies you, so you’d rather jump into quick action and choices - even if you outgrow it soon and have to start over from scratch, wasting time and energy.

You want to keep circling the same block even though it's not your story

Right now, you’d rather keep doing, fixing, and focusing on everyone else’s needs — even if it means living with the constant squeeze, the shallow breath, and the quiet knowing that this isn’t it for you

✅ Soul Mapping IS for you if ...

You’re resourced & ready to be Seen in your depths and your heights

You can let yourself be witnessed — even if it feels a vulnerable, big emotions might surface, or you're not used to being on the receiving end of being the guide and helper.

You’re willing to play with giving voice to what you really want

Even if it feels like you're not actually sure what it is you specifically want (or you're not sure if you can get away with it), you're willing to explore possibility,  visioning, and desire.

You want to be in the driver’s seat & don't do well being told what to do

You’re done outsourcing your choices and desires to gurus, protocols, "good girl" rules, and other people’s opinions. You’re ready to trust what happens in your own body and Soul

You’re ready to map out and go at the pace that actually works for you

No more rushing to soothe the tension of “not knowing.” You’re open to trusting and letting clarity unfold — even if it’s slower, deeper, or stranger feeling than you expected

You know there's more to your story and you're curious to uncover it

You can feel a new chapter stirring and you’re curious enough to turn the page and let the story unfold, even if it means rewriting a few old lines, letting go of chapters that are closing

"This coaching and mentorship I've received from Julie has helped me tremendously to be able to serve my clients holistically, but more
importantly, it has allowed me to do so without ignoring the demands going on in my everyday life, like staying healthy, being a great mom to two little girls, and staying connected with friends and family."

"Before working with Julie, I cried each morning before work and couldn't travel on weekends or go out on weeknights. It was NERVEWRACKING to make the investment, but when I did I was immediately put at ease and now I see it was a NO BRAINER. I made double the income I was making, and now I can travel with my hubby when I want and spend tons of time with my friends, no questions asked.

Good news though -

you won't be investing anywhere near that for this Intensive.

But let's talk about monies real fast, because I know and honor that any level of investment in work like this can feel really squirmy.

So if you're feeling nervous, I want you to know I totally get it.

I remember the very first time I invested in a coach and mentor for this kind of work.

I gulped, my palpitating heart sank into my stomach, and I checked and rechecked my bank account 6 times before I hit "pay now" on her website

I also drafted a manifesto and spreadsheet to show to my husband a plan of exactly how I was going to repay every dollar, and also, how this investment might actually make me money in the long run

Might have been overkill, but that's how my brain works. I very much love me a good color coded spreadsheet. 🤓

But I did all of that because I was investing five figures of monies just to get a spot on my coach's schedule to get some direction, clarity, and guidance.

And look, I am not even going to pretend there is not value in that level of investment and coaching work. In fact, my longer term, private clients invest anywhere from $450 - $1200 a month to work with me in anything from 6 to 14 month containers.

But that's not what you're paying for this session.

Because what I've learned in over 20 years of serving healthcare women of all stripes is that it can be just as - if not more - meaningful to have ONE targeted sit-down with a coach where you get to hash it all out, be witnessed, be seen, and gain some quick clarity, direction, and guidance ... without dipping into your savings or taking out a 2nd mortgage or putting it all on a credit card and hoping for the best.

If you're nodding along with me, then I want you to know, this is why I created this Soul Mapping Session and container.

Because I've noticed that with the clients I work with - we can cover a who freakin lot of real estate in this type of session (and in the preparation and follow up work that's included).

And there is nothing short of magical to see what transpires when clients agree to Soul Mapping.

Because you're not just signing up for a session and some Voxer support and journal prompts.

You're signing up for becoming and stepping into the absolute and most alive version of your Story that you could ever imagine.

Although, once you're in the coziness of the Intensive with me - you'll feel instant relief in your body and permission to actually imagine what once felt unimaginable.

If that sounds like the kind of thing you're into, then I'd love to invite you to join me. It would be the treatiest treat to go on this journey with you.👇

🔥 You might have some burning questions 🔥

01

Do I have to be someone working in healthcare?

I've mentored and coached thousands of women in healthcare over 20 years. However I've also coached stay at home moms, women on sabbaticals, teachers, Pilates instructors, yoga studio owners, attorneys, graphic designers, artists, dancers, and C-suite executives. If you're intuitive, sensitive, and you love serving others in your work, community, family, or life, you belong here.

02

Can we really cover everything I want to cover in 90 minutes?

That depends on what you want to cover in 90 minutes and how comfortable you are holding yourself in uncertainty. We cover a LOT of ground and develop a map full of themes and directions for your next chapter. But if you're looking for me to give you a guaranteed list and plan or a step by step checklist for your entire life, then I'll be the first to say I don't have a crystal ball, I'm only one human, and I absolutely can't promise that. (Something tells me you already knew that, and that's not what you want anyway 🤪)

03

Is this a really long winded way of getting me to work with you in a longer follow up program (i.e. is this a discovery or sales call)?

I know this is really common in the personal development and coaching world - to offer a "consult" call which positions itself as coaching and then actually becomes a sales conversation. And let me just say that - FULL STOP - in full disclosure, no. This is not that. This is a full-chested, focused-on-you coaching container. It is not designed for me to make a pitch, upsell, or bait-and-switch you. Gross.

Having said that, the truth is - you will indeed leave with a clear map. But as for the activation and implementation of the map, that is best done with continued guidance, whether from me or someone else.  Many people do go through this session or even a series of these sessions and then continue to work with me in longer term programs to help them actually live out what's mapped. This session will give you (and me!) a chance to feel out whether that would be right for you. But by no means will you be required or pressured to keep working with me.

04

What if I sign up and change my mind and want to cancel?

I get that sometimes your heart can get ahead of your body - your heart says "yes!!! let's go!" but then your nervous system catches up and is like "WTF did you just do?" Ooof, that can be so vulnerable, right? Here's the thing. It may feel scary to sign up. This is why I recommend making sure you're resourced and ready to be witnessed and seen in your depths, vunerability, and in your light and greatness. If it would feel too dysregulating or you're in too tender a place to seek this kind of support (and you feel like you need the kind of therapeutic support that helps stabilize and ground you first), that's ok! I get that. I highly recommend listening to your body, heart, AND soul. But do know I don't offer refunds for these sessions.

05

When and how can I schedule my session and what is your schedule like?

For ease (and the ability to avoid the back-and-forth of emails and texts) I use an online schedule system to book in appointments, and you will access that system once you check out and pay for your Intensive. I work with one on one clients on Wednesdays and Thursdays. You will need to book your session within 60 days of purchasing.

06

How can I get more support from you beyond this session?

I love that you're asking. I offer private ongoing support and coaching in lots of different ways. We can set up a time after your Soul Mapping Session to discuss whether it's a fit for you, me, and where you are right now.

07

How do I prepare for the Intensive so I can get the most out of our time?

I love this question. I know how it feels to want to get it right and be understood. If you're like me and many of my clients -- you might have so many things to say and spend a lot of time up front making lists or preparing so you're not "all over the place." If this would help you, please do. But also know one of my gifts is to follow your ramblings and tangents and stream of consciousness even if it feels like you're talking in circles. You don't have to arrive "put together." My job is to keep us on track and also hear the through line and also catch the "little things you say off the cuff" that may be clues into exactly where we need to go. You won't be rushed, you'll always be believed, and you may be gently redirected every now and then if I hear something that deserves more attention.

Bring a journal or something to take notes. Make sure you're in a quiet place with good wifi where you won't be interrupted. Plan to have the video on. When we draw your map -- I'll be taking notes into a map template that you can then take and make your own. Some clients are list-makers. Others doodle and choose to draw literal pictures. Others take notes and then create a diagram later. I've even had clients use AI or write a poem or story. It's really fun. I won't be telling you how to draw or create a map, but I will be helping you track what it is we discuss so that you can do that yourself.

08

If I've worked with you before can I still do one of these sessions?

Abbbbsolutely. One of the most joyful parts of my work is the fact that clients I've worked with years ago often circle back to check in, restart on a whole new coaching program, or schedule a one-off coaching session. It means so much about how much trust they place in me and how much they honor - just like me - that we spiral upwards together. Sometimes we feel like we're revisiting the same experiences but we're in a new phase of life as we evolve. And it's beautiful to circle back to a trusted guide, mentor, and sister of the Soul who walked alongside you the first time. My work and life continually evolves, and so does yours. Some come on back - the water's warm. Let's see what we can map out together. Also - you can do more than one of these Soul Mapping Intensives if doing one-off sessions feels better to you than a . You aren't limited to just one and then required to buy a bigger program from me. I trust that you know best what type and shape of support you need.

09

How is this coaching work different from a psychotherapy or counseling work?

I get asked this more than you may realize, which tells me you see and sense the reverence and depth and breadth of the work present. To be very clear - I am certified as a coach, however I am not a licensed psychotherapist or licensed mental health counselor.

Therapy and coaching are like two different rooms in the same house — both safe, supportive, and powerful, but designed for different seasons.

Therapy is where you tend to old wounds, process trauma, and restore a felt sense of safety. Coaching is forward-facing: it’s where we dream, vision, and map out who you’re becoming next. It’s less about “What needs to be fixed?” and more about “What’s ready to rise?”

In a Soul Story Mapping Intensive and in my longer term coaching containers, I often draw on tools you might also see in therapy — somatic work, nervous system regulation, Internal Family Systems–informed coaching, mindset and belief work, and even elements from my background as a licensed healthcare provider and Pilates teacher. The difference is, this is not psychotherapy or a healthcare service. The focus is on clarity, choice, and next steps — not on diagnosing, treating, or actively processing trauma.

As my BFF Taylor Swift says, sometimes looking backward is the only way to move forward. When it comes to mapping your Soul’s Story, past versions of you often hold the keys to the future you’re becoming. So yes — we may look back. We may touch tender feelings. We will hold them with consent, care, and appreciation for the role they’ve played in shaping you. And if at any point it tilts into being too dysregulating for you or I sense you need more resources than I can offer on the mind, body, or spiritual level, I won’t hesitate to recommend or refer you to a therapist or other professional who can help you go deeper with safety and support.

This session may feel therapeutic and trauma-informed, but it’s not the right setting if your primary goal is to work through acute trauma, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, personality disorders, or self-harm-related concerns. If that’s what you need right now, I honor that — and encourage you to seek the support that’s therapeutic for you in this season.

Having said that, for many people - it's also true that you don't have to wait to be "healed" in order to look forward. Many of my clients work with both me and a psychotherapist or counselor in tandem, and it makes for some of the most beautiful, rich, integrated work of healing the past wounds while also looking forward.

So no matter where you are, I will hold you with reverence, respect, confidentiality (always!) and care for your depths and your heights.

All of you is absolutely welcome here.

10

When you say "Soul" do you mean God? Do you mean some kind of religious or spiritual approach? Are my beliefs and practices welcome here?

In a world where religion can easily become polarizing and weaponized politically, I hold this topic with reverence and love and honor that this question may be lingering on your heart.

I guide women who come from a wide variety of religious, spiritual, non-religious spiritual, atheist, agnostic, and cultural backgrounds. I do not preach or impose my beliefs or practices nor do I expect you to prove why your beliefs or religious practices are valid.

I believe that spirituality and religion are incredibly personal, sacred, and important parts of your identity, sense of belonging, and well being. I love hearing about your perspective, especially if it differs from mine or that of other clients. I value and cherish the underlying similarities contained in all of the world's religions and spiritual disciplines.

Whatever you practice and believe, it is welcome here, and I'm happy to hear and learn about your experience with it and help you incorporate it into the work we do, if that is important to you.

We can also use different words other than Soul if that word doesn't resonate (God, Universe, Guides, Spirit, Self, Higher Self, Source, the Divine, Holiness...whatever feels most aligned for you).

The vast majority of women I work with (myself included) come from some type of western Judeo-Christian upbringing, and they may or may not still be practicing or identifying as a follower of that religion. If you feel at home in your religious practice, you're more than welcome here.

Many of the clients I work with aren't nonbelievers, but may feel that the strict doctrine and polarization of certain religions just doesn't fit who they're becoming anymore, so they're still exploring and trying to find their "spiritual home," so to speak. If that's you, that's more than welcome here.

Some clients are in some sort of "no woman's land" - spiritual but not religious, believing in some sort of higher power or Unseen set of support, but not necessarily actively engaged with any religion, church, or place of worship. If that's you, I'd love to learn more about you and your story.

While the work we do may feel like a spiritual journey, do know I am not a trained theologian or member of the clergy, and I encourage you to seek out these types of people for guidance and support if you're wanting to learn and grow more formally about religion, scripture, or spirituality.

A final note from me to you

I see you. Really.

I see you for having made it all the way down here. For reading every word. For letting something inside you stir. That in itself is brave, and worthy of tenderness.

You’ve landed here for a reason. Maybe you don’t fully know what it is. Maybe this feels like one more page, one more thing you’re supposed to want. Or maybe this feels like exactly the whisper you’ve been trying to quiet.

Either way — your body, your soul, your wise Self brought you here.

I want to honor the place I imagine you are: heart beating a little faster, thoughts ballooning with both hope and hesitation.

It might feel like you're standing on the precipice of something—that incredible “what if this could finally be different?” And also a question may linger,  “Is this really the right time?”

It’s okay that part of you doesn’t have the full picture and is questioning. It’s normal. It’s natural. In fact, it’s Sacred.

Because beginnings often look like uncertainty. They feel like questions. They show up as pullings, small tugs at your heart, a strange restlessness or ache you can’t quite name.

It might also show up as being annoyed, or irritated, or confronted by something I've said here. That's ok too.

If you decide not to take this step today, that’s okay. I support you. There are seasons when we need more rest, more space, more breathing, more cultivating behind the scenes before we sprout, stretch, and grow. And honoring that is part of sacred work too.

If you do decide to move forward — to map out your Soul Story, to trust the pull, to say “yes” to being Seen — know this:

👉 This session is not going to give you a perfect blueprint for everything. But you’ll leave with themes, clarity, and a guidepost you can lean into. It’s a beginning, not a finish.

👉 You don’t have to carry it alone. I’m here to witness, to mirror what your Soul is nudging you toward, not to prescribe or demand.

👉 The first step doesn’t always feel grand. It can feel small, shaky, maybe even poorly timed. But small steps, when aligned with your soul’s voice, move mountains.

I believe there is something inside you — something vivid, wild, true — that wants more than a life that is “fine.” A version of you that wants to live in a way that matches the story of "full aliveness" your Soul is already whispering.

Whether you click the button below or not, whether you decide to work together or choose another way forward, please know this: I am in your corner. My heart is cheering you on. I believe in the aliveness that’s inside you. I believe that your outside life can finally start to reflect the story your Soul’s been telling you in whispers and dreams.

Thank you for being here. Thank you for reading. Thank you for listening, even just a little, to that small voice tugging inside you.

With all my seeing and map loving,

Julie
